We are delighted to welcome Juliana Ross Freeland to Events of a Lifetime Productions as Corporate Event Specialist.

For Juliana, joining Events of a Lifetime Productions feels especially meaningful. Her interest in the events industry first began while she was in college, after attending an event produced by Events of a Lifetime Productions. Seeing firsthand how thoughtful planning, creativity and attention to detail could transform an occasion into something truly memorable sparked her interest in creating experiences of her own.

Previously Director of Marketing and Meeting Planner at EPIC International, Juliana brings a global background in luxury corporate travel, meeting planning, creative strategy and experiential marketing. She worked across both the planning and creative sides of the business, sourcing exceptional hotels, resorts and venues worldwide and helping curate distinctive experiences for C-suite leaders and incentive groups, including travel surrounding iconic events such as Royal Ascot, The Masters, and the Super Bowl.

Her role also spanned meeting planning and the full creative and marketing lifecycle of events, from destination and property sourcing to developing teaser videos, launch campaigns, event communications and branded materials. That combination of hands-on planning and storytelling shaped her belief that a memorable experience begins long before guests ever arrive.

Her global experience reaches across Europe and the Swiss Alps, South America, the Caribbean and Mexico, to Hawaii and the dramatic landscapes of Alaska. Working across such diverse destinations sharpened her eye for the unexpected, from remarkable properties and exceptional dining to exclusive access, immersive local experiences and thoughtful moments of surprise.

At Events of a Lifetime Productions, Juliana brings together that global perspective, creativity and storytelling mindset to create experiences that feel personal, considered and anything but ordinary.

Her expertise is a natural complement to Gillian and Deb’s award-winning experiential design and brand strategy. Together, they approach every corporate event and incentive program with the client’s goals in mind, designing experiences that build connection, inspire action and advance business objectives. That’s what gives an event its power—and gives clients a return on their investment.
